Located in Downtown Steamboat Springs, Brass is contemporary “fun” dining, focused on fresh and flavorful menu creations. New this spring, Chef Ryan Fowler and his kitchen crew bring you $10 Tapas Nights, Mondays and Tuesdays. Many of the featured small plates will give a glimpse of our Summer Menu, premiering on Sunday, May 12. We cater to healthful lifestyles, with many gluten free and Vegan options available. Co-Owner/ Sommelier Paul Underwood has assembled an extensive selection of artisanal spirits and an affordable selection of wines by the glass and bottle. Eight beers are on tap. The warmth of our contemporary space is echoed by a genuine desire to provide hospitality to our guests. Reservations and walk-in diners are both welcomed.
